TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: 16 April 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and HWSDeveloper, concerning your access to and use of the Bus Simulator MOD Wahyu Abadi mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app on Android or iOS, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the application and must discontinue use immediately. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, Bus Simulator MOD Wahyu Abadi is the proprietary property of HWSDeveloper. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the application are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the application may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission. 3. USER REPRESENTATIONS By using the application, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the application through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the application will not violate any applicable law or regulation. 4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not access or use Bus Simulator MOD Wahyu Abadi for any purpose other than that for which we make the application available. The application is a free model and is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to bypass any security measures, attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any of the software, or using the application in a manner that creates an undue burden on the network or services. 5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The application integrates third-party services, specifically AdMob and AppLovin, to provide advertisements and related functionality. By using the app, you acknowledge that these third-party services may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies. HWSDeveloper does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their practices or the content of their advertisements. 6. DATA AND PRIVACY We value your privacy. Bus Simulator MOD Wahyu Abadi does not track your precise location and does not utilize AI technology for data processing. Any data handled by the application is managed according to our Privacy Policy. Since this is a free application, revenue is primarily generated through the integrated third-party advertising partners mentioned above. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will HWSDeveloper be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The application is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. 8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Bus Simulator MOD Wahyu Abadi at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. 9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions and your use of the application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the individual owner of HWSDeveloper, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 10.
